What does Research Development Services do?
Research Development Services (RDS) provides administrative support to Principal Investigators (PIs) in the development of proposals for sponsored research. This is accomplished by developing budgets and justifications, facilitating data entry and document upload, providing timeline and project management, liaising with subrecipients, and ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal guidelines.
Further, RDS will work collaboratively with the PI and OPAS to reconcile any missing information or errors discovered during the internal review process.
For more additional information, or to request assistance on a proposal, please visit our Proposal Development Process & Best Practices page.
